‘Atabay’ to compete at FFF’

Iranian star Niki Karimi’s ‘Atabay’ has been accepted for the competition section of Fajr Film Festival.

Produced and directed by Karimi, the movie is to vie at the Soda-ye Simorgh section of 38th edition of the event.

Hadi Hejazifar, the star of ifilm feature ‘Standing in the Dust’ has penned the screenplay for the flick. Albeit, no details on the plot of this new cinematic production has been revealed yet.

Javad Ezzati, Sahar Dolatshahi, Danial Noroush and Hadi Hejazifar are some of the cast members of ‘Atabay’.

‘Atabay’ is the name of a Torkaman race living in Iran.
